Certainly, the Celsius lawsuit claims that Keyfi did factual this:
…Stone and KeyFi laundered hundreds of thousands of bucks of Celsius property (or its proceeds) through Twister Cash on dozens of times, and proceed to withhold property (and its proceeds) of immense cost that rightfully belong to Celsius.
