U.S. spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds recorded $324.6 million in net inflows on September 18, reversing part of the selling seen earlier in the week, according to Farside Investors.
Fidelity’s Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC) captured the vast majority of the day’s demand, taking in $310.7 million. That represented roughly 96% of the combined inflows across the funds.
Other products posted more modest gains. Bitwise’s BITB attracted $9.7 million, VanEck’s HODL received $2.3 million and ARKB, jointly associated with Ark Invest and 21Shares, added $1.9 million. BlackRock’s IBIT recorded no net flow during the session.
Flows rebound after two days of outflows
The positive result followed substantial withdrawals earlier in the week. U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs saw combined outflows of $450.4 million on September 15 and $295.9 million on September 16. The products then returned to positive territory with $159.5 million in net inflows on September 17.
Friday’s figures extend that recovery but remain concentrated in a single fund rather than reflecting evenly distributed demand across the market. The data points to continued institutional interest in Bitcoin ETFs, while also showing that flows can shift sharply between issuers from one session to the next.
