HyroTrader Free Trial Lets Traders Test Prop-Firm Rules Before Paying

Prop firm free trials: what they are and what to test earlier than you pay

HyroTrader is offering prospective traders a way to practise its crypto prop-firm evaluation before committing to a paid attempt. The free trial uses a demo account and follows the same core rules as the firm’s evaluation, but it does not qualify participants for funding or allow them to withdraw simulated profits.

How the trial works

The trial does not require a bank card and is available on demo accounts of up to 200,000 USDT. Each trader can open one demo trial. Its purpose is to help users understand the firm’s profit targets, loss limits and trading-day requirements before paying an entry fee.

HyroTrader’s one-step evaluation has a 10% profit target. The firm says funded traders initially retain 80% of their profits, with the share potentially increasing to 90% over time. Evaluation prices range from $59 for the smallest account to $969 for the largest.

Rules traders can practise

For the one-step evaluation, the daily loss limit is 4% of starting capital, while the two-step model has a 5% daily limit. Both models apply a 6% maximum total loss limit. The daily calculation includes open losses and fees and resets at UTC time; the same limits continue to apply after funding.

Traders must also complete five qualifying trading days, although those days do not need to be consecutive. A day counts only when a closed trade meets the firm’s minimum size and activity thresholds. The trial gives users an opportunity to test position sizing, practise stopping before a daily limit is reached and determine how their strategy performs through losing trades.

Published pass rates and payout terms

HyroTrader’s transparency dashboard listed pass rates of 13.49% for its one-step evaluation and 8.70% for the two-step evaluation as of September 2026. The company also reported that traders who began with the free trial had a 30% higher success rate after becoming funded. Those figures are company-published statistics and may change.

HyroTrader says funded-account payouts are processed on request, typically within 12 to 24 hours. Its on-chain payout data showed an average processing time of about 10.5 hours as of September 2026.

What happens after the trial

Passing the free trial does not create a funded account. Traders who proceed to the paid evaluation must provide a refundable mission deposit. According to the firm’s terms, completing the evaluation and becoming eligible for the first profit split leads to the deposit being returned as a separate crypto payment during the same payout cycle. An evaluation that has not been activated can be cancelled with the deposit returned.

Successful candidates receive a funded-trader certificate and a funded account. HyroTrader states that neither the evaluation nor the funded stage has a deadline. Prospective users should check the firm’s current terms and dashboard before paying, since limits, fees and reported metrics can change. Crypto derivatives trading carries a high risk of loss.
