REAL Finance’s $ASSET White Paper Added to ESMA’s Interim MiCA Register

REAL Finance’s $ASSET joins ESMA’s Length in-between MiCA Register as Europe push deepens

REAL Finance’s $ASSET token has gained a formal disclosure reference in Europe after the white paper published by its issuer, True Technologies Inc., was added to the European Securities and Markets Authority’s interim MiCA register.

The entry places $ASSET among crypto-assets covered by Title II of the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation, which applies to assets that are neither asset-referenced tokens nor e-money tokens. The listing gives exchanges, institutions and other counterparties a central location to review the project’s published information across European markets.

Register entry is not regulatory approval

ESMA states that white papers included in the register have not been reviewed or approved by an EU competent authority. Responsibility for the accuracy and content of the document remains with the issuer.

The registration also does not require trading platforms to list or continue supporting $ASSET. Kraken began trading the token on April 30, while REAL Finance said it had also been available on KuCoin and MEXC since April.

“Being listed in ESMA’s interim MiCA Register affords institutions and exchanges a single, clear reference for evaluating $ASSET instead of thirty separate national processes,” REAL Finance CEO Ivo Grigorov said.

REAL Finance targets tokenised assets

REAL Finance is developing its network around the tokenisation of real-world financial assets. The company says it aims to tokenise more than €3.5 billion in assets through its European ecosystem.

Its work includes cooperation with regulated partners such as Austria’s Wiener Privatbank on custody and structuring. The ESMA entry provides standardised disclosure under MiCA, but it does not represent an endorsement of the token or guarantee access to any particular trading venue.
