Anchorage Digital has expanded its institutional custody offering to Etherlink, an Ethereum Virtual Machine-compatible layer-2 network that settles on Tezos. The integration gives the federally chartered crypto financial institution’s customers access to segregated custody accounts for assets issued on the network.
The supported assets include seven Etherlink-based tokens: tokenized uranium asset xU3O8, wrapped XTZ (WXTZ), liquid staking token stXTZ, stablecoins USDT, USDC and USDSM, and wrapped Ether (WETH).
Tokenized uranium joins supported assets
xU3O8 is designed to represent ownership of physical uranium, allowing investors to gain exposure to the commodity without directly handling or storing it. CoinMarketCap data puts the token’s market capitalization at slightly above $9 million.
Anchorage said tokenization can make uranium easier to transfer and settle, reducing transaction timelines from weeks to minutes. Traditional exposure to physical uranium has generally involved specialist intermediaries, longer settlement periods and relatively high minimum investment requirements.
Anchorage is not the first institutional custodian to support Etherlink assets. In August 2025, digital asset custodian Hex Trust added the network to its platform, including custody support for xU3O8 and other tokens issued on Etherlink.
